This contemporary double Tohorā or Whale design came about as I reflected on the place of these stunning creatures in our world. It refects our need to be guardians of all things aquatic. 

    This modern piece is carved from beef bone and has some very subtle speckling. All the designs included an adjustable waxed polyester cord along with cards that explain the meaning of the design and the background of the material. She measures 110mm by 37mm.
